    After recording the remarkable instrumental album 'Tche Belew' with The Walias Band in 1977, Hailu Mergia made 'Wede Harer Guzo' connecting with The Dahlak Band, the in-house entertainers at Ghion Hotel, they created a soulful and smokey cycle of Ethiopian songbook classics. Featuring remarkable vocal arrangements and playing, Wede Harer Guzo is a must-listen for Ethiopian music fans interested in learning about the younger late night dancing sounds of that era.
